The last Story-Help with 'Miina from Marche and a

Miina only talked one time to me after the sequenz. I have to talk three times with her before chapter 23, now I'm at chapter 20 oder 21 (the ghosthouse) and nothing happened so far. I tried to talk to her every time in every chapter, but she isn't able to say anything.
Can anybody help, has anybody completed this sidequest? When does Miina talk to Zael?
